Molendinar Park Housing Association is delighted to report that since introducing a Welfare Rights Service provided by Govan Money Matters the financial gain for tenants of the Association from 1st April 2020 to 31st December 2021 is £254448.25 with the service being used by 252 tenants.

The Association facilitates a Welfare Rights Service once a week when residents can seek advice on a range on money matters.  Appointments can be made by calling 0141 564 5256 and speaking to our Housing Management team.  Below is a summary of the areas where help was made available:
