Repairs

The Association operates a Same Day Repair service. We repair any fixture or fitting of the property and only recharge the tenant where the damage is clearly caused by deliberate vandalism or neglect.

You can request a repair by telephoning the Association, by calling into the office in person or by clicking here

If the repair is requested by 2.00pm a tradesman will attend to the repair by 5.00pm that day unless you request a different arrangement. If it is reported after 2.00pm it will be carried out the next morning.

After 5.00pm, at weekends or on Public Holidays Emergency Repairs should be reported by telephoning 0845 600 8693
